you need more instruction i had to figure out where i should the plants so if u highlight the eare where u can plant the plants it would be helfull
uhm.. i selected one of the four plants at the bottom.. clicked all over the place and was never able to plant anything anywhere.
most of the gameplay is waiting :(
You don't need to wait for plants to finish growing to plant new ones
